We may change our Terms and policies from time to time, in which case up to date versions of such terms and policies will be available here on the website. You should check these terms and policies regularly to ensure that you are happy with any changes.
PRICING AND CHARGES
On our website, we keep list of our services, and we ensure our services & prices are up to date. If for any reason you are unable to find your required service, please feel free to use our advance booking form and we shall get back to you as soon as possible.
TRAVEL & CHARGES
We offer mobile services with an extra cost depending on your location and travel mileage.
We may add a congestion charge to your total bill if your location requires driving through the congestion zone.
BOOKINGS
Select your desired service and additional service like taking old hair out, washing hair, blow dry, hair colouring etc. if need be.
Hair extensions is not included in the prices. Hair extensions can be provided at an additional cost and can be added as service extras.
If you did not book any additional service, please kindly wash, detangle, blow dry and stretch out your hair and free of product before your appointment. I only accept pre-stretched braids extensions, un-stretched extensions attracts additional charges.
PAYMENT
Full payment is to be made when booking an appointment and an invoice will be provided for your reference, this confirm and reserve your appointment slot.
We accept payment using debit cards, credit cards and stripe. If by any chance clients are unable to use these methods, we can provide alternative means of payment upon request.
APPOINTMENT TIME
We value your time and appreciate every appointment booked with us. We will always try our best to be punctual and not keep you waiting. However, appointment times are estimated which means it might take a bit longer than time stated depending on individual hair volume. Please ensure you leave at least 2hours more to the estimated time given for your chosen service. In case any circumstances beyond our control that might affect us being on time arises, we will always keep you updated.
RESCHEDULE, CANCELLATION, REFUND AND LATENESS
You may cancel your appointment provided it is not due to take place in the next 72hours. In such cases we offer you ninety five percent (95%) of the amount that was paid. If however the appointment is due to take place within the next 72hours, you will not be entitled to any refund.
Should you wish to reschedule we will try our best to accommodate your needs, but we cannot guarantee a minimum waiting period as it depends on our other bookings.
A £5 lateness fee will be charged for every 10minutes after your booking time.
Our client satisfaction is our utmost priority. If you are not satisfied or happy with your desired result, please do not hesitate to let us know before your/our departure, so we can provide solution to whatever the problem is.
No refund will be provided for unsatisfied service that was not mentioned before departure.
No refund will be given if your appointment is cancelled due to your lateness, no show up or we turned up and you are not available to let us in your preferred location or we’re delayed in your premises for longer than usual without delivery of service.
SAFETY
Our clients safety is very important so we keep our surroundings as safe as possible for our clients.
You are responsible for the safety of the location where the session will take place if you’ve booked in for a mobile service. You must ensure there is a clean, free of obstructions, well-lit and well-ventilated area where your session can take place. To avoid any contact with sharp, hazardous objects or hot water. Please ensure any children and/or pets are kept at a safe distance.
